英文書訂購須知

購物流程 我們的購書流程分為5個步驟；分別為： Step 1. 加入會員 Step 2. 選購商品 Step 3. 填寫寄送資料 Step 4. 選擇付款方式 Step 5. 結帳確認 付款方式 本單位外文書籍限以信用卡與ATM結帳付款。我們會在收到您的款項後，立即處理您的訂單。 運費 訂單金額滿900元以上免付運費，如果訂單金額未滿900元，我們會酌收50元的運費。 送貨方式 以「宅配通」方式，專人配送商品到您指定的收件地址。 作業天數 訂單成立後，我們將立即向國外廠商採購。 作業天數將視廠商的庫存量而異。 若廠商有庫存，約需14個工作天。 若廠商無庫存，至少約需30個工作天。 其他 本單元外文書籍不接受海外訂單。 本單元外文書籍不接受退貨，瑕疵品除外。 本單元外文書籍需單獨結帳，不可與中文書籍合併購物。 請注意，當您的訂單成立後並已在作業中，便無法取消您的訂單。 廠商有可能因某些因素而無法供貨。當此情況發生時，我們會盡快通知您並將您已付的款項全數退回。 Shopping Procedure Step 1. Register as member Step 2. Shop for merchandise Step 3. Fill in Shipping information Step 4. Select payment method Step 5. Payment confirmation Payment Method English books can only be paid by credit card or ATM.In order to process your orders, we have to receive the full Delivery Fee Free delivery for total order amount over NT$900; Delivery fee of NT$50 will be added to total order amount under NT$900. Delivery Method All English books will be delivered directly to your mailing address. Working Days 14-30 working days will be required to process your orders depending on the stock availability of our suppliers. You can check the stock availability on the book pages. Stock available: 14 business days Out of stock: at least 30 business days The others International orders are not accepted for English books. English books are not refundable(with the exception of irregular items). English books have to be purchased separately from Chinese books. Please note that once your order is processed, your order cannot be cancelled. Our suppliers may not be able to provide the books. In this case, we will inform you and refund the full amount of your payment.
