Edilma Rosalba Henao in her bilingual book of poetry and prose, Timeless, makes a description of the rhyme that runs through the veins of all the Central South American people. It is the rhyme of deep connection with the other; being human with the plants, animals and everything inanimate that carries wisdom and history at its core. The magical realism characteristic of the writing of this continent, in her, fuses with the feeling of a woman full of sensitivity, who expresses her vision and her rights as a woman and of all other women; But she also talks about the men who fight daily to be recognized in their human dimension, capable of assuming their own responsibilities and not as the result of a macho and violent culture.
