Avalanche of Grace!: Growing in Christian Virtues explores fifty Christian virtues via: 1) A definition from the Church or a scholar on each virtue. 2) Reflections on the virtue by holy Christian men and women. 3) A prayer to the Holy Trinity for an in-filling of that virtue. 4) A virtuous story to encourage you. Read prayerfully this book first, before journaling on each corresponding virtue in the companion book, Avalanche of Grace!: A Fifty-Day Virtues Journal. The journal is your space to be inspired by the Holy Spirit to grow in the virtues. Let Him reveal to your soul the Christian virtues you are thriving in or struggling with. Dialogue with God by journaling each virtue and ask for an infilling of His avalanche of grace. Growing in the virtues is good for your soul. Resolve to let the Holy Spirit bear fruit in your life so that others may see Christ in you, as St. Paul said, "It is no longer I but Christ who lives in me" (Gal. 2:20). Allow Christ to radiate through you. Grow in virtue. Let Jesus transform you. Be conformed to Him. Bring souls closer to Christ. Annet O'Mara (D.M.E) and her husband, Don, live in West Monroe, NY, and serve in their local church. Annet experienced a healing in 1990. Suffering a limitation of her hands, she started praying a novena to the Holy Spirit. On the first three nights, the Holy Spirit visited her even as she was sleeping. The Holy Spirit healed Annet's hands by moving them in a synchronized fashion. He breathed His Spirit into her hands, so she worshipped Him. Three days later, Annet was completely healed. Annet believes that the Father desires souls to stay healed by growing in Christian virtues.
