一、第一扇窗-習武練心
宗修兩歲那年，爸爸和媽媽協議離婚。自此，爸爸同時身兼母職並獨力撫養。過去的那些商場經驗，用來面對一個兩歲，連話都說不清楚的孩子，根本無用武之地，爸爸就是一切從零開始。面對無後援，在事業以及家庭兩頭燒的情況之下，爸爸選擇親力親為，處理宗修生活上的大小事。
Chapter 1. The First Window: Practice Martial Arts and Practice Mind
When Alex was at the age of two, his parents agreed to divorce. Since then, his father has become the father and mother and raised Alex alone. The experience in business before was totally useless to a two-year-old child. Alex’s father started everything from zero. With no support and with his career and family struggling at both ends, he chose to take matters into his own hands and handle all the major matters in life.
二、夢想啟動-微小卻重要的瞬間
始於幼稚園大班，爸爸就帶著宗修展開國外自由行以及比賽。很難想像，我聽到宗修第一次要出國的地點，竟然會是阿布達比！如此華麗的中東國度，與大家認知的相同，中東就是沙漠、駱駝、繁榮甚至帶點浮誇。沒錯，我印象中的阿布達比還是停留在影集慾望城市(Sex and the City)中，凱莉和姊妹們的旅遊地。想當然爾，行前我協助爸爸規畫旅途大小事。我設計了一份旅遊英文PDF檔(附圖)，於中文旁甚至加上了注音符號，只因當時的宗修，國字尚在識字階段，必須藉由注音輔助才能意會我所表達句子的意思。小小的身影拿著我的懶人包，和爸爸就一起踏上魔幻之旅。
Chapter 2. Dream Start To Move: Small But Important Moments
Starting from the senior class of kindergarten, Alex’s father took Alex on independent travel and competitions. It’s hard to imagine that the place I heard Alex would go abroad for the first time would be Abu Dhabi! Everyone has the impression that the Middle East is such a gorgeous region: full of desert, camels, prosperity and even a little bit exaggerated. That’s right, my impression of Abu Dhabi comes from the TV series Sex and the City, the travel destination of Kelly and her sisters. Of course, before traveling I helped Alex’s father to plan everything. I designed a travel plan in PDF.
三、教育理念-Be Water
認識宗修的人或許知道，從幼稚園開始一路到國小，輾轉換過各種不同的學校。其中，三歲幼稚園開始，是從奶奶家附近的幼稚園念起，因當時奶奶身患癌症，奶奶希望可以有更多的時間和孫子相處，於是爸爸選擇了老家附近的幼稚園，方便讓爺爺奶奶和孫子陪伴。四歲時，因奶奶病逝，顧及工作的部分，才又將宗修轉到距離公司較近的學校。
Chapter 3. Educational philosophy-Be Water
People who know Alex may know that he has been in various schools since kindergarten all the way to elementary school. From 3 years old, he started kindergarten which was near his grandma’s house because his grandma was suffering from cancer at the time. She hoped to spend more time with grandson, so Alex’s father chose a kindergarten near the hometown which is more convenient to accompany nearby. At the age of 4, due to the death of his grandmother, Alex was transferred to a school which is closer to the company to take into account his father’s work.
四、學校生活
宗修跟同學都相處得很不錯，偶爾遇到性格比較特殊的小朋友，爸爸總教導要化敵為友。有段時間，曾經遇到一位想欺負宗修的同學，恐嚇外，還要傷害他，宗修有點擔心的告訴爸爸。沒想到爸爸聽完後，居然建議宗修每天陪同學聊聊天、有時候還會買小點心與她分享。過了幾天，彼此竟然成為無所不聊的好朋友。
Chapter 4. School life
Alex gets along well with his classmates, sometimes he meets children with special personalities, his father always teaches him to turn enemies into friends. Some time ago, he encountered a classmate who wanted to bully him, threatening him and even hurting him. Alex was worried and shared with his father. Unexpectedly, his father suggested that Alex accompany the classmate every day, and share some snacks with her. After a few days, they became close friends.
五、教練教宗修的事
宗修一路上的學習，遇過不少貴人，總是在最重要的時刻給予宗修適當的機會以及輔導。非常感謝支持宗修的每一位親友，在我們勝利的時候，教導我們如何面對下一次的挑戰；在我們失敗的時候，幫助我們建立觀念、培養態度。精進自己，繼續挑戰佳績。
Chapter 5. What Coach Has Teached Alex
Alex met many benefactors who always offered him opportunities and guidance at the most important moments. Thanks to every relative and friend for supporting Alex. When we win, they teach us how to face the next challenge; when we fail, they assist us to establish concepts and cultivate the right attitude for improving ourselves.
六、國際賽事
自宗修和爸爸開始自由行之後，每趟旅程除了比賽之外，都會搭配旅遊行程。這些年，前後多次參與國外的比賽，爸爸也結合旅遊，讓宗修除了比賽之餘，更以旅遊擴展眼界，從小處著眼，對成就大事的想像。
Chapter 6. International Competitions
Since Alex and his father started self-traveling, every time they plan for a competition trip will be accompanied by travel. In the past few years, he has participated in many foreign competitions, Alex also expanded his horizons and imaged the big from the small through travel!
七、世界上最有力量的是夢想
2019年，我協助宗修爸爸和金氏世界紀錄單位取得聯繫。信件往返的過程當中，取得認證之前，審核的關卡需一一確認。首先，事先要了解申請的項目之前是否有類似的紀錄。必須多次和認證官線上會議，了解挑戰的規範………。
Chapter 7. The Most Powerful Thing In The World Is Dream
In 2019, I helped Alex’s father get in touch with the Guinness World Records organization. During the process of letters back and forth, before obtaining certification, we need to confirm the verification subjects one by one. First of all, we need to know in advance whether the project we are applying for has similar records before. We had several online meetings with the certification officer to acquaint ourselves with standards of the challenge, etc.
八、除了武術，我還喜歡音樂
在我眼中，脫下制服的宗修，就像個粗枝大葉(大剌剌)的孩子。每次進公司，總是對著我靦腆一笑，叫聲璇璇姊姊我來了！一路看著宗修成長，漸漸發現，武術開展了宗修的視野。從武術衍生出來的項目，其實還有好多、好多。
Chapter 8. Not Only Martial Arts, But Also Music
In my point of view, Alex looks like a casual child when he’s off uniform. Every time he enters the company office, he always smiles shyly at me and calls out, “Sister Hsuan-Hsuan, here I come!” Watching Alex grow up along the way, I gradually discovered that martial arts opened up Alex's horizons. There are actually many, many projects derived from martial arts.
九、深刻賽事經驗
買菜車與三鐵
宗修的叔叔–楊尚霖是沉浸游泳創辦人暨兩岸三地選手教練(楊尚霖教練曾因學生橫渡瓊州海峽而聲名大噪)，跟著叔叔從幼稚園學習游泳至今。某次到教室上游泳課的時候，巧遇其它選手因報名三鐵賽事，而到這裡加強游泳。好奇心旺盛的宗修，懵懂問起什麼是三鐵呢？叔叔解釋三鐵包含：跑步、游泳、自行車，分為113以及226。恰巧，宗修叔叔和嬸嬸平時都有參加三鐵的經驗。每年年底又正值三鐵大會舉辦賽事的旺季，叔叔就建議宗修可以嘗試看看。
Chapter 9. Impressive Competition Experience
Grocery cart and triathlon
Alex's uncle Yang Shang-Lin is the founder of Immersion Swimming and also the Coach for players from the Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong (Coach Yang Shang-Lin became famous when his students swimmed crossed the Qiongzhou Strait), Alex has learned swimming from kindergarten with his uncle until now. One time when he was taking swimming lessons, he happened to meet other athletes who came to strengthen their skills because they were going to a triathlon event soon. Alex was very curious: what is triathlon? Uncle explained that triathlon includes running, swimming and cycling, which are divided into 113 and 226 two groups. Alex’s uncle and auntie usually participate in triathlons which could assist him, also, at the end of the year it’s the peak season for triathlon competitions, uncle suggested Alex could give it a try.
十、未來展望
任何的場合，不管比賽、學校音樂會、考試檢定會場……。台下總會有個直挺挺的身影，拿著手機紀錄宗修當下的時刻，那就是拉拔宗修長大的父親。宗修爸爸總是開玩笑說：「我是司機兼活動ATM。」在育兒這條路上，我們都會遇到挫折、困難。爸爸和宗修疏通觀念、交換意見，建立宗修可以接受別人教育的態度。雖然看似一個人帶小孩，但其實爸爸身邊有許多超強隊友協助呢！
Chapter 10. Vision For The Future
On any occasion, no matter the competition, school concert, examination venue…there is always a figure in the audience, holding a mobile phone to record Alex’s important moment. That is Alex’s father. He is always joking and says: "I am a driver and a walking ATM. " For parenting, we all encounter setbacks and difficulties. Dad communicates Alex with ideas, exchanges opinions, and teaches Alex to be humble. Although it seems like raising a child alone, he actually has many super teammates to help!
