為什麼要特別寫一本都是蛋的料理書呢?
因為蛋是必備的!蛋和鹽、檸檬、麵粉、牛奶及米一樣,都是廚房中必備的食材。
因為用蛋可以快速做出一道營養滿分的早餐、午餐、早午餐、晚餐,甚至消夜。
因為蛋可以有千萬種變化,你可以直接用一顆全蛋,也可以單用蛋黃或蛋白;你可以吃熟蛋,也可以吃生蛋;你可以用蛋做甜點,當然也可以做鹹料理;你可以用蛋來調醬料、用蛋來做布丁……。
我喜歡寫一本有主題性的書,希望你在考慮今晚是否要煮蛋料理時,會拿出這本書來瞧瞧。
Why an egg book?
Because eggs are essential. They belong in the must ingredients in your kitchen like, salt, lemons, flour, milk or rice.
Because they make a quick and nutritious meal for breakfast, lunch, brunch dinner or late snack.
Because eggs are incredibly versatile. You can use the whites, yolks separately or the whole egg together. You can eat them raw or cooked, in savory or sweet dishes you can make sauces, puddings etc…….
I decided to write an egg book because I like theme books. I want you to pick up this book when think if cooking eggs today.
