Kettle
Every time I look at a teapot spout, I always visualize it as somebody’s nose.

It becomes so reasonable to apply the idea of teapot to my creation when the object always appears to me as someone’s special profile. This work was created around the time of my graduation at the university. I picture the teapot spout as a person’s nose, and boiling steam formed his body, seems like a human body routine, an eternal growing of nature.

“Kettle” is the starting point where I determined to become an independent artist, and up until now I am still moving forward on the path of creation.

いつもやかんの口をみると、人間の鼻にしたくなります。

ひとつひとつのやかんを特別な顔として見た時に、やかんを選ぶ行為が当然 重要な制作要素となります。本作品は、私が大学卒業前後に制作しました。 やかんの口が人の鼻、もくもくと沸き上がる湯気が身体、湯気が上がる様は 人間が動く様子、自然で無限のようだと想像しました。

やかんという作品は、私が独立した芸術家を志した原点です。原点から今に 至るまでずっと、私はまだ芸術の道で前進し続けています。

每次看著茶壺的嘴,我總將它想作人的鼻子

當我將每個茶壺都視為是一個特別的面孔時，選擇茶壺做為重要的創作元素就如此地理所當然了。本件作品是我大學畢業前後的創作，我想像茶壺嘴是人的鼻子，滾滾而出的蒸汽就像是他的身軀，蒸汽的騰動好比人體的運行，自然而生生不息。

蒸汽茶壺作品(Kettle)是我立志成為獨立藝術工作者的起點,之後一直到現在，我依然在藝術道路上持續前進。
