Do you sometimes feel life is completely hopeless and it's just too hard to keep going? You are not alone! Me too! An average of 129 people in the US--men, women, and children--end their lives daily. And for every person who commits suicide, 268 others consider it. That's 12.6 million people a year whose lives are directly impeded or ended by it, without counting the friends and family members it indirectly affects.
But we don't have to be part of that statistic! God's Word contains solutions for every problem we will ever encounter, mapping out simple steps that will help us walk ahead into better, happier days so that we can confidently move forward. The best is yet to come!
This book chronicles my own struggles with suicidal feelings throughout my life, beginning with my traumatic childhood all the way up to today. It outlines triggers that have made me feel hopeless and overwhelmed, and it gives light, wisdom, and encouragement through scripture to help anyone who is struggling, in order to empower us to: 1. identify our enemy 2. come to lovingly know God as our Best Friend and His Word, which always causes us to triumph 3. use a set of simple steps to keep growing and moving forward even during the times it seems too difficult.
