This journal is ideal for someone who doesn't yet understand the power of visualization, gratitude, affirmations or mindfulness. Practicing these techniques can have big, beautiful results if practiced consistently. Typically, humans don't execute on these very primal attraction techniques, because it either seems too simple (how could visualization possibly work?) or too difficult (I don't have time to write out gratitude statements every day.)
