I don't expect many people would like to specialize in health research the way I do, so the chances are slim that your doctor is up to date on the most recent health information.The book teaches people what health is and how to keep their health permanently. It presents a unique source of knowledge, where the meaning of health is health. This state of balanced awareness creates a more informed and a higher state of health.The book is not about statistics on health, medicines, mysterious potions, Chinese herbs or commercial products that make you healthy or even promise you longevity. These are overwhelming and rarely helpful (or necessary). This book emphasizes why health is more important than life for most people and a birth gift. Health is very individualized in life - what works for one person may be ineffective or even harmful.As a reader, I hope that you arm yourself with this book and open a dialogue with others you trust, your family, and friends, so you can work together to get the benefit and gain a complete understanding of being and staying healthy.This book is a HEALTH GUIDE; -it has a whole range of things for all of us to learn -everything from physical and mental health -that will make us feel younger and healthier and more robust and livelier for people who wish to age successfully. I very much hope that older readers may profit from it as much as younger ones. Growing older is as much art as it is a science.The time has come for everyone to fully understand how sickness starts - why we get diseases in the first place, and what we can do individually to protect ourselves from them.
