How many times have you told someone who was having a particularly hard time, "God is with you?" Or how many times has someone chided you with, "Don't worry. God is with you?" For me personally, I have heard others use these words so much and I can honestly say I have advised others of this very same thing. There is absolutely nothing wrong with encouraging someone with these four words, but I have I sensed that I needed to do a self-check and be honest about how much do I really believe these words and/or do I act like "God is with me," when the road gets rough and the going gets even tougher? When I recalled instances of giving words of comfort to someone in their time of need, I discovered that yes, these words hold true for me, when I am going through. Thus, I found myself wanting to mean what I say and say what I mean with confidence and assurance so I embarked on a journey of discovering what God's Word says with regard to the Lord being with His people all the time which led to the writing of this book. As with so many other popular sayings and/or clich矇s in the church, "God is with you," may be to some, an old clich矇. This book will help to strengthen your belief that indeed, "God is with you," always. Reading this book will remind you that it is not just an old clich矇. You will know without a doubt and be more convinced than ever that God is with you: - So you don't have to feel alone or abandoned. - When you find yourself in a scary or frightening situation. - In the disappointing moments. - When your heart is broken. - To keep you from falling.
