I have chosen several SNPs that I consider to be the most important when treating my patients and include detailed explanations of these SNPs along with comprehensive treatment protocols. I also explain how you can use your genetic coding to choose the right balance of protein, fat and carbohydrate in your diet and how to plan your meal timing. Whether you wish to simply improve your health and eat according to your genes or want to idealize your weight and reduce the risk of metabolic disease, this book will provide important answers and guidelines to help you achieve your goals.
