Is it Cleopatra for whom Julian Caesar lost the emperorship of Rome? Why Mughal Crown Prince Salim was willing to sacrifice his kingdom for a court maid Anarkali? Why King Edward of England was so stubborn that he abandoned his crown just for a divorced woman? Does a man have a divine right to engage in an extramarital affair? The first murder on this earth is attributed to a woman, a man killed his own brother, for the sake of a woman! Kings and princes walked away from the crown and throne, for the love of a woman. Modern presidencies and world-class leadership are jeopardized for the lust of a woman. Even the good people, the chosen people put at stake the prestige of their divine nobility just to get forbidden women. Titanic skunked, but the story lived to pass on; a young man sacrificed his life to save his love. What drives a man crazy, how a woman dominates - is it love or lust? A fictional character, Gibran, spends his life exploring, the myth or reality of love and lust, digging out religious mythologies and historical facts.
