Dr. Douglas Wilde Ph.D. grew up in the western suburbs of Sydney - the heartland of working-class rugby league in the 1960s. With a league history spanning 54 years (starting at age 11) - including representing the Australian Army v Wales in 1978. Douglas has the necessary experience and passion for our great game to back up his tipping expertise.
Dr. Wilde is a Patron of League Freak and The Rugby League Project. For over 30 years he has given back to the game as a coach, a club president, and an administrator - including being a past Chairman of the South Australian Rugby League.
Douglas is an author and internet commentator. Since 2015, he has progressively honed his tipping proficiency. He has become a noted tipster by combining weather forecasts, statistics, daily team updates, and other data to refine his tipping methodology. As the founder of the NRL Tipping Club, he consistently tips with an average of 73.2%. He brings a wealth of skill to the art, science, and intuition of rugby league tipping.
