內容簡介
The OAI is a breakthrough Science Fiction adventure epic set in a post-utopian society whose ancient past attracts us into our future. It is a visionary story about human beings and their relationships with their deepest beliefs and unfathomable creations. It is told in a multi-book series that relates the happenings of the Worlds of Atria through the eyes of many characters, revealing an ever-expanding collection of interconnected puzzle pieces. Atria is another world whose ancient past is drawing us into our future. Volume 1 involves Conspirators. These players act as they see fit, according to their beliefs and understandings. Each has a role to play, although none know to what end.
INVITATION opens with the head Priestess of a small regional monastery receiving an unexpected visitor sent by a Royal House from the distant capital. News from the City of Spires awakens her from a comfortable slumber. The visit will drive her to confront situations that have lain dormant for over fifteen years. Her path forward is complicated as she must choose between the familiar or doing the right thing. Her actions, or inaction, will affect the balance of intricately woven politics in The Worlds of Atria and the sustainability of global society.
