Does your past hold you back? Or does it drive you forward? When we experience trauma, there are fundamental shifts to our body, mind, and spirit. The balancing act of getting through life as we know it changes, sometimes slowly over time, sometimes in an instant. Whatever the case, with a traumatic event comes the need for recalibrating, and eventually for healing. This is, of course, easier said than done.
