Jocquice has created and facilitated many webinars and workshops to bridge the gap between technical aptitude and professional development for thousands of corporate employees. Jocquice has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Patten University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. She is the recipient of the Career Communications Women of Color STEM Association Technology Rising Star Award for her outstanding professional achievement and the President's Volunteer Service Award for her dedication to community service.
Her mission and purpose is to harness decades of experience and share these tangible tips and tools with other women. As the founder of WiseHAT(R) Consulting, a career consulting company that empowers corporate women who feel stuck and burned out in their careers change their HAT (Habits, Associations, and Thoughts) to take back control of their careers, Jocquice' s passion for helping women be bold to excel in their careers is realized.
