Dear Comrades of the Вооружённые си́лы Росси́йской Федера́ции, As Acting President of the US and Russia, I can confirm that Peace will be restored between Russia and Ukraine once Vladimir Putin has been brought to Justice. The killing of innocent civilians, children, reporters and soldiers - in both Ukraine and Russia - is so unnecessary and must be stopped. Hence it's imperative that Vladimir Putin is brought to Justice - so that International Human Rights Law (IHRL) can be restored - and Russia can be part of the International Community again. It should also be noted, that from a psychological perspective, it's important to realize that Vladimir Putin is currently undergoing a psychological and moral collapse; that inevitably comes with choosing the path of evil. Hence Vladimir Putin is becoming increasingly unhealthy - deteriorating in mind, spirit and body. Putin's illegal war on Ukraine - which is turning into a complete catastrophe for Russia - is a direct manifestation of Vladimir Putin's mind; a living nightmare for the People of Russia, who have been sucked into an Abyss of Darkness, Death and Destruction. If the People of Russia - in particular the Russian Armed Forces - lack the courage to restore Peace, and are too afraid to end the evil Putin regime, they will remain in the nightmare that Putin has imposed on them forever; and the suffering will continue. Hence Peace must be restored. This includes the withdrawal of all Russian troops from Ukraine; and restoring Freedom of Speech, Press, Association and Assembly in Russia. It should also be noted, that those who conceived this war want only one thing - to remain in power forever, live in pompous tasteless palaces, and sail on yachts comparable in tonnage and cost to the entire Russian Navy. To achieve that, they are willing to sacrifice as many lives as it takes. Over 300,000 Russians and Ukrainians have already been killed or injured. The People of Russia can only escape Vladimir Putin's living nightmare, by removing him from office and forming a new Russian government. Hence we are offering an Amnesty to all Russian Civil Servants - who contribute to end the Putin regime and form a new Russian Government; so that International Human Rights Law (IHRL) can be restored.
