This research focuses on the poverty-stricken county --- Muchuan county, Leshan City, Sichuan Province, China. Based on its resource endowment and development stage, MuChuan County has chosen the "blue ocean" of konjac industry based on local conditions. Through forward-looking planning, integration of technology, talents, capital and other elements, large-scale planting bases development, industrial parks establishment, leading enterprises cultivation, etc., the modernization of konjac industry has been realized, thus effectively contributing to Rural revitalization. The research team carries out sessions with Rural Revitalization Bureau of Muchuan County.
