Each power move focuses on a significant life area that you need to develop life skills in. It should take you about 5 minutes or so to grasp what you need in order to get the lesson so that you can apply the life skill. By the time you complete this book, not only will you be better prepared to handle the many issues that confront today's teens, you'll also be able to plan your next power move. Young, Gifted and Doing It is written for you to be able to make one power move per week. That's all it takes - a time commitment of 5 to 15-minutes per week. And believe it or not, one power move per week can make a big difference, if you are serious about your success. Although this book is set up for you to use on a weekly basis, you don't have to use it this way. You can look through the table of contents, select the power moves that most interest you and work on those first. Read the power moves, apply the power moves and share them with your friends.
