Unlike most academic books that merely define research, The Refractive Thinker(R) series offers unique application of effective business practices from the perspective of multiple authors - each offering a chapter based on their scholarly expertise.
The Refractive Thinker(R) series provides doctoral scholars with a collaborative opportunity to promote and publish their work in an award winning peer-reviewed publication, which meets the university standard. Our goal is to provide an affordable outlet for scholars that supports the tremendous need for dynamic dialogue and innovation while providing additional credibility and recognition for each contributing author.
We add to the series with Volume XXIII: Criminal Justice. Our hope is for you to share answers regarding the challenges leaders face in finding effective strategies in our communities, our courts, and within our justice system. The premise is to think not only outside the box, but also beyond the box, to create new solutions, to ask new questions, to proceed forward on new roads not yet explored or traveled. Our intention is to review academic research in a simple to digest executive summary format to offer new ways forward in shaping the world we live in.
