Christophe Le Buhan and Jacques Santini are passionate about setting organizations in motion. They founded TOSCANE Coaching & Consulting. With a team, they support leaders and organizations wishing to deploy practices, values, a culture promoting trust, freedom and responsibility, shared meaning, benevolence and high standards, the creation of human values as a source of strategic values. They have developed the TOSCANE LEADERSHIP PRORGAM which professionalizes managers and leaders, coaches, around "knowing how to create strategic shifts by creating human value".
