Gladys received the "Madrina de Salud" award for her contributions to Latino equity in the state of Oregon. She was voted #1 Local Businessperson of the Year 2020-2021 on Alignable.She is one of Amazon's #1 Best Selling author for her book "Health Insurance Secrets Revealed." She has been a contributing author to other publications; has contributed multiple articles in the field of leadership, travel, and insurance; and has been featured as a guest speaker on local Spanish radio stations and on various online radio and podcast shows. She is a Distinguished Toastmaster and is the recipient of the Gold, Ruby, and Platinum Awards through Colonial Life. Gladys applies her professional skills and knowledge to create and manage employee benefits packages to fit the unique needs of each employer. She uses her bilingual skills to assist companies that have found it challenging to communicate detailed insurance information to their Spanish-speaking staff.Gladys was born and raised in East Los Angeles, lived in Texas, and currently resides in Oregon.
