... I was able to put them in a place outside of my heart and bring them into the light. This collection of poems and writing insightful prompts that open a path through artistic thought that can help you move from that dark place to someplace brighter. I know there is someone out there that needs to know even in the midst of pain you can find peace. This is my offering; A candle in the dark to help you find your way. I hope at the Crossroads of HeArtache and Healing you find your way home. Not just meant for romance

She specializes in using art and creativity along with holistic tools to move emotions by connecting to the inner awareness of the subconscious. Her aim is to help others move out of the shadows of fear and into flow so they can live in the full light of their being.
