The joy of food and cooking has been my greatest pleasure. I have been cooking now for more than twenty years of my life. It has been an amazing journey of creating and testing recipes, and learning to contend with all the ups and downs in my battle to lose weigh. "Y-Cook Network- Free the Cook in You" is a compilation of my favourite recipes, created out of the necessity to survive, and need to learn to decrease the stress that comes from not knowing what to cook or how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This is not just another cook book; it offers you many simple recipes to indulge your sweet cravings, as well as healthy recipes for when you have made the choice to lose those additional pounds. My healthy food action plan will give you helpful information on how to combine your carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and dairy products for healthy weight-loss and without the pressure of feeling like you are starving. I have shared my story with you to encourage you to connect with your network of friends and advisers and help you to do better with your eating habits. The positive cooking affirmations will also boost your system and help you during times when you want to over-eat. The purpose of the Y-Cook Network book is to inspire you to go back to traditional ways of preparing and enjoying food. I encourage you to get together with others, and create support groups and networks to share your ideas and recipes with. There are stories of food adventures from around the world that will inspire you to try out new recipes for friends and family. After all, we all enjoy eating, but the true joy is found in sharing our food with those that we love and care for.
