Blossom's FearLess Journal is an experiential integrative health coach in a book. As a coach, I can offer suggestions as to how you might transform your life from one based on fear to one based on love, but the self-excavation work is yours alone. Transformation is hard work. It requires commitment and diligence. It's almost as if your True Self, the eternal and sacred part of you, has been buried under a landslide of rubble that needs to be unearthed. Something has prompted you to pick up this book, to open the cover, and read this passage. Something is prodding you to dig deeper, to rescue that Self that others' criticism and derision has left for dead. Something is poking you in the direction of transformative wholeness. This meditative journal could be the very thing you've been looking for.
