My grand challenge is what this book is about, and the title of this book; Stay Strong and sit in an I AM ENOUGH confidence. Self-confidence is one of the subject's personality researchers and mental health professionals most like to study. Thousands of journal articles have been devoted to it, along with dozens of books telling adults how to raise their own self-confidence or their children's (Harvard health-Harvard University). Why is confidence, or lack thereof, one of the most studied and written about subjects in the world? Because at one time or another; we all struggle, no one is immune. It doesn't matter your age, occupation, skin color, nationality, job type, or whether you are a professional athletes, actors, actresses, or politician, we all struggle the same. In fact, it seems the more in the public spotlight you are, the harder you must protect your confidence.
I am here to give you hope from a real-world view, learned in the trenches of life and business. This is street smarts, not book smarts. This is real, not manufactured stats in some lab or classroom where the researchers are living in a bubble-nothing wrong with academic papers but when is the last time you read one, or cared to?
About the Author:
Norm is the CEO of the King and Justus Abundance Day. Abundance Day is the culmination of a 35-year global study where you will be introduced to four powerful processes: How to Love, How to Live, How to Give, and How to Enjoy. Their practical wisdom will equip and empower you to truly master all 12 Practices of Life so you can achieve abundance 20 years faster.
In addition, Norm also helps lead our full-scale transformation work in Scaled Empires. He works with senior management to adopt the Circularity Operating System (cOS) and fully implement the entire range of exponential strategies around the 12 Practices that must be managed for exponential growth.
Prior to King & Justus, Norm spent more than 27 years gaining deep experience and expertise as an entrepreneur, founder, CEO, and Managing Partner across industry verticals, including finance, insurance, lending, and many more. Past experience includes buying and selling businesses, wiring tens of millions of dollars to small countries, and corporate fundraising. With a heart for economic abundance, Norm, always the change agent, learned early on to never quit.
Drawing on his years of client and international experience. When Norm is not involved in the flow of money at every level, he may be found enjoying Julia, his beautiful bride for 23 years, his two children, Isabel and Alec, or a good book. He is a global explorer, and will one day soon find himself on a Rhine River cruise. Addicted to speed, he loves to ski, ride horses, race cars, and time travel.
