內容簡介
Dream Writer explores the concept of Lucid Dreaming which is a subconscious technique of controlling and interacting within dreams. Lucid Dreaming, also called, "dream yoga" by the Tibetan Buddhists, is a way to explore and create your dreams, making sleep interesting, less stressful and more restful.
As a child falls asleep they may be faced with nightmares, but with the Lucid Dreaming technique and the development of their imagination, as illustrated in Dream Writer, the child can change the nightmare, ultimately elevating the stress of falling asleep.
The ability to realize that you are dreaming coupled with the ability to change your dreams can help to solve problems and is said to help with motor skills. Lucid Dreaming can also help create a feeling of empowerment and reduce anxiety related to falling asleep, particularly in children. The technique is also said to be helpful in developing creativity as well as helping with post-traumatic stress disorder and grief.
