Lily realizes something smells fishier than eggnog that's gone off, when Krystal starts hanging round Alex, Lily's best 'boy' friend as he tries to organize the Christmas party. But he's not the only boy that Krystal has her sights set on, and she and Tiffany, her partner in bullying, will do anything to get what they want, even if it means putting everyone at the party in grave danger.
But Lily, the good-hearted witch steps up to the challenge again, and tries desperately to save the day. It's one of her most dangerous and difficult challenges yet, and she's not sure if there is anything in her witchcraft powers that can save the students at Valley View from disaster, but she does everything she can to try.
But the bullies are "deadly" serious, and they've roped in the biggest, the strongest, and the meanest boy in the whole school to carry out their wicked deeds.
And this time, they're out to get Lily too, and her witchcraft powers might not be strong enough to save herself and everyone else with what the bullies have in store this time.

I don't think I've ever read a better book This book and the rest of the series are great to read and they are all amazingly funny If you have teenage daughters or granddaughters, this is the book to grab them. Readers get to meet Lily who looks twelve, but is actually a 286 year old witch. Lily has a special purpose and ability, but a hard time trying to do what she is supposed to. The book is silly, fun and also takes younger readers into a great story. The book was so good, I was obsessed with it! This book was amazing I love witches and I love the book. I chose this rating because the book was really great The sequel to the last book: Bullies and Baddies and it was just as good as the last, or even better!!! Tiff and Krissie are still up to no good! (Obviously) Read this to find out how Lily saves the mayhem at the Party Library chosen book by the students! They loved this book and I was shocked by the adventure. Love it so much and it's so cool like and I'm a huge fan of this series and it's so cool and some girls know what's that like because some girls are witches It is a quick, but entertaining book to read. Her books are not only entertaining, but show how bad it is to bully people.
