Homeowners of a small home will often choose their furniture based on how much they will use it. Coffee tables that have lift tops can double as a desk area. They make coffee tables now that can be lifted to three different heights to make them very versatile. Couches and chairs that convert to a bed and end tables with storage are all useful in your small home. The amount of space you have on the floors and at eye level will be limited. When you take the time to use your vertical space, you will find more room on the walls of the small home than you originally imagined. Vertical space is all that space from the home floors to the ceilings. Much of this will often go under-utilized because homeowners will not think about using this space for their needs. By stacking, sorting, and using shelving, you can add a lot more space to your tiny home. Whenever possible, look for a small or tiny home with high ceilings. This makes a small room feel much larger. Plus, it can give you a lot of vertical space to work with.
