About the author
Kim Ellisten is a graphic designer, author, and mum to two adult daughters. Being a visual thinker, Kim used metaphorical drawings to help explain key life-concepts to her kids, putting them together in a unique, mindful parenting book, Spiral Up to Empower Resilient Kids. In 2023, she established Spiral Up Parenting to bring the concepts within her first book to families, caregivers, and educators of children.
