This devotional is designed to guide you through the difficulties of grief and healing. Each entry will offer reflections, stories from my personal moments, and scriptural insights to help you navigate the ups and downs of your grief journey. Grief is an unpredictable companion. It appears when we least expect it and challenges popular beliefs about strength and resilience. In this devotional series, we will learn that it is okay if you do not have everything together and figured out, especially as you grieve. Crying is not a sign of weakness; it is a necessary part of the healing process. Throughout this series of books, we will embrace our emotions and allow ourselves to feel. Deeply. We do this all knowing that, through vulnerability, we can find true healing.

Each moment of mine that you read through will be grounded in the wisdom of God's Word. Scriptures placed within these moments of wisdom will offer you comfort and guidance. Anchor verses like Psalm 34:18 which reads, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit," will remind us of God's ever-present love and support. Together, we will draw strength from the Bible, finding hope and peace in God's Word of Truth.

Each entry will include moments of prayer and reflection, inviting you to connect with God on a personal level.
