念哪個科系 Choosing major
I had a hard time making the decision about the major I’m going to take, knowing it would have a major impact on my career life in the future.
I always like dancing and I always dream to be a professional dancer one day, I have been taking dance lessons since I was little, and I was pretty talented, too. But when I start looking at the reality, I am not confident that I can make a living as a dancer. I know I am a good dancer and with more training, I will be an outstanding one! However, I think the reality of being a part of the entertainment business is pretty cruel. I am not the tallest or the finest looking dancer in the dance floor, I guess it kind of limited my opportunities.
It was a painful decision, but I decided to do commerce instead. I think commerce would fit in this society better, and I also believe the salary of business related position would be able to support the lifestyle I want. I gave in to reality!
I don’t mind being in the accounting firm, and I don’t regret what I chose. But somehow I always wonder, if I ever did take up dancing, where would I be today? Maybe I would be performing in Broadway or being part of a dancing company touring the world! You just never know!選科系的時候我實在很難下決定，因為我知道這會影響我未來工作的方向。
我一直都很喜歡跳舞，也想像有一天可以當個專業舞者，我從小就學舞，而且也蠻有天份的。可是當我想到實際面的時候，我實在沒把握當舞者可以填飽肚子。我知道我跳得很好，如果透過適當的訓練我會變得更傑出。可是娛樂業的現實面是很殘忍的，放眼看過去我也不是最高挑最漂亮的舞者，我看我還是算了。
下這個決定實在很痛苦，可是我決定要念商科。因為商科的性質比較容易被這個社會接受。而且我也相信從商的薪水可以達到我想要的生活型態。
我不介意現在在會計公司的職務，我也不後悔我的選擇，可是我偶而會幻想如果我當初選擇舞蹈系的話，現在會在哪裡? 我可能會在百老匯表演，搞不好會跟知名舞團去世界巡迴表演! 真的很難說呢!

優秀的領袖應該具備什麼條件
I believe a good leader should be strong and tough, because sometimes the decisions he makes might not be acceptable to everyone. I also believe he needs to be able to listen to his people, and gather the information to make the most sensible decision.
我覺得一個好的領袖需要堅強也必須嚴格，因為有時候他們做出的決定並不是每個人都可以接受。我也相信他必須要能考慮人民的意見，綜合資訊而做出最適當的決策。
I understand the outcome might not be as expected every time, but he should own up to his mistakes instead of pointing fingers at others.
我了解當然有時候結果不如預期，可是他也要有擔當的承認他的失誤，而不是推託給別人。Furthermore, integrity is also a key element, too. Because being a leader, he would be presented with a lot of temptations. It could be money, expensive presents or women even. If he doesn’t have an integrity, I am afraid he will lose his way sooner than you think.
除此之外，清廉也是很重要的一部分，因為當你是個領袖，想想看會有多少誘惑送上門。有可能是金錢、貴重的禮物，甚至是女人。如果他沒有清廉的心，那他很快就會迷失方向。
