Stemming
This collection of poetry is the work of over five years of creating, learning, and summoning my courage. It is my first release, and I am hopeful that there will be more. I continue to find inspiration in the students I work with, in my loved ones, and within me as I navigate autism and ADHD. Though it is unrealistic to hope that every poem resonates with every reader; I hope you see yourself in some of my works. Each of these poems came directly from my soul and its response to enduring day to day challenges (and then romanticizing them).

Listen to That arising within you. The poet's message from her own lived experience is that you are what you are seeking. Realize. Meditate. Be your true Self.

The space between
""in every relationship, a space exists between people, where important feelings are left unsaid. these spaces between people are powerful enough to define relationships and change the course of a person's life. because, too often in our lives, we are not taught how to navigate these vast chasms of space and silence. and so we never learn how. in the space between, i attempt to capture both - the heaviness and the lightness - that lingers in all those moments that people are not strong enough to hold in their own hands. ""
