For Paul looking Back is not a good idea but pressing on is the better idea. He explicitly, clearly and plainly says that he is "forgetting what lies behind". He refers to what has happened in the past as "loss" in the middle of chaos. In this era of determination and pressing on, I encourage each of us to leave our guilt, mishaps and mistake in the pass where they belong. Let us press on towards a Christ-centered life, leaving behind our self-centered lives.
