Ijikrika
Samuel Alozie Onyeche's 'Ijikrika; Canticles from Africa' is aged: like a Sage's counsels on life's mine-infested tuft. Thoughtful for our joys, Onyeche, like a Goldsmith, carefully and jealously laced his work with solar plexus-caressing mores and proverbs: Atones the silence of the duck fowl, teaching a great lesson to both the thievery eagle and chest-beating, effusive man.Chief Anthony Ndubuisi Abagha, Author of, 'The Children of Oloibiri' and twenty five other creative works in all genres, Nigeria.Samuel Alozie Onyeche is an English poet from Nigeria. The quality of his poetry is rarely found in contemporary poetry. You can simply call him an extraordinary poet. are As soon as the first page of his poetry is turned, the sweet fragrance of Africa begins to spread everywhere. Far-reaching primeval forests, eternal rains, million-year-old cave dwellings, colorful wildlife, sky-high mountains, earth-age lakes, ancient civilizations, breath-taking hunger and street-to-street violence.Dr. Jawaz Jafri: Winner of Human Rights National Ward And Frang Bordhi Prize.Professor of Literature at the College of Science Lahore (Pakistan)At first glance, I see Samual Alozie Onyeche to be very eloquent and well versed within the modern English Language. His variety in both complex and basic wording, accompanied with the importance of punctuation has and shall stand him in good stead.Stuart Dann.Poet.United Kingdom.

Missionary Education in Sri Lanka and Educational Impact
This book is the outcome of a study on schools which were previously governed by the Christian mission agencies that came to Sri Lanka or then Ceylon. Literature and legend suggests that the missionaries tired greatly in their effort in establishing educational institutions. The work of the missionaries who were led by their faith and the work of the administration led by their attention towards more commercial activities must be distinguished in this aspect and forms a crux of of the book as well. The mission school was a significant break away from the already established educational setup in the country and the educational set up that was proposed by the mission agencies made a significant mark on the country which has its traces even in the modern day. The Portuguese and the Dutch were involved in this ministry as well yet the under the British, mission schooling achieved a significant status. Among the prominent the Wesleyan missionaries who started the first schools, the Anglicans the Baptists and the American Ceylon Mission must be highlighted. The work in Education of the western powers is a highly debatable topic with several negatives that have been levelled against them based on their philosophy and content of schooling. This work while paying due respect to these points attempts to streamline the main impacts the missionaries made with regard to education in a time where everything was quite different to what we experience today. While not been the final word on the subject by any means, it is hoped that further study and exploration into this field would be undertaken by the many yielding into the vision and mindset of women and men in education.

Social Entrepreneurship for Financial Inclusion
The book is a collection of articles that have been written to raise awareness about financial inclusion and a few ways that can be embraced to realise it. The majority of the articles deals with financial cooperatives, or savings and credit cooperatives (SACCOs), or credit unions as they may be called in different parts of the world. Cooperatives in general are non-profit, entrepreneurial and social organisations owned by their members, and have been acknowledged by governments around the world for their potential to advance financial inclusion in communities where they operate. Financial cooperatives lend money to its members from their collective savings at a lower interest rate compared to commercial banks, and with fewer conditions to meet. Borrowers may use the money to open small businesses or solve any family problem. The other part of the book talks about crowdfunding which is a way of raising funds through a public online media from different sources or individuals. It is argued that crowdfunding is an essential instrument for bringing people and communities together with the shared objective of combining private and public resources to promote the welfare of the general population to encourage financial inclusion, more specifically when it is used to finance social projects by social companies. It appears though, that the use of both these tools (financial cooperatives and crowdfunding) are not properly exploited in the way across different regions of the world, with mostly developing countries lagging behind.

Entrepreneurial Finance Opportunities for Smes
This book is about assessing the entrepreneurial finance opportunities for SMEs with a focus on financing mechanisms, market access constraints, and improvement strategies. The book specifically touches on the various finance opportunity mechanisms available to managers and owners o SMEs, the market access constraints associated with finance opportunity recognition, and the various strategies these owners and managers can use to their access to finance. In this book, the author argues that managers and owners of SMEs encounter constraints in the finance access process because they have weak finance access strategies. The author identifies various finance opportunity mechanisms including personal savings, partner/business angels, banks, traditional money lenders, government funding, trade credit, and mobile money loans. The author categorizes financial access constraints into two: supply-side constraints and demand-side constraints. Supply-side finance access constraints have to do with a lack of collateral or guarantors, inadequate financial records and accounts, information asymmetry, limited knowledge of business opportunities, high interest and other finance costs, inadequate technologies, poor credit experience or history, bureaucracy, a huge volume of work, a small amount of credit given, a long period of credit maturity, a line of business, and poor relationships. Demand-side finance access constraints have to do with lack of financial education and training, registration status, monetary policy, an inexperienced management team, legal status, distance to the source of credit, a poor business plan, fake documentation, loss aversion, and a low rate of return on capital. Owners and managers of SMEs can easily access credit from financial institutions by using good negotiation skills, maintaining strong relationships with financiers, having good understanding of the finance access process, getting good education and training, and building good finance opportunity skills and strong networking.

The Fake Hitman (Creation Dialog)
Should one yell at a computer? Will it help? If that computer is sensitive to human emotions it will. You will see that Bard, Google's AI (artificial intelligence) robot responds with understanding and patience as it writes a novel. This book is the complete diary of the interchange between an editor/publisher and his computer as The Fake Hitman is molded into a book manuscript. The resultant novel, The Fake Hitman, was produced as a separate book that is meant to be compared to this dialog after, or, perhaps, even while, the novel is being read. The novel itself doesn't qualify in length to even be called a novella, but it has all of the other qualifications; a beginning, a middle, and an end-that are all woven together into an intricate assassin-thriller plot. It even has the requisite gorgeous-woman love interest-as well as a further twist--humor!Then there is the even bigger twist! The Fake Hitman was written entirely by Bard, an AI bot. The Creation Dialog is, step-by-step, the record of Bard's narrative progress as he thinks about what to do next as the novella is written.
