Little Dove Sparkling Water
Once upon a time, many, many years ago, God created a lovely forest. Surrounding the forest were beautiful mountains with snow-covered peaks. Big green trees grew on the mountains and on the forest floor. Below the mountains were winding streams with clear, cold running water that came from the melting mountain snow. Living in the forest were many different types of plants, animals, and birds. All the plants, trees, and wildlife spoke the same language and could talk to one another. They would also watch out for and protect each other. God looked down on His beautiful forest and was very pleased. This story is about a little dove and an old coyote. The little dove could sing beautiful songs that would echo throughout the entire forest. She was very proud of her lovely voice and thought she knew everything about everything there was to know in the forest. The coyote had been around for many, many years and was very wise in his old age. He had experienced and knew much more than little dove would ever know. One evening the coyote sensed that there was danger coming to the forest. He went throughout the forest warning everything to prepare for the coming danger. He spoke to the little dove high in her birch tree and warned her about the danger. The little dove did not listen to the coyote and did not follow his instructions. The little dove thought she was safe from any danger that might happen to the others, and it almost cost her life.

The Love of a Bright Star
This book is based on a true story. It is about our grandpa BW and the love he had for his family. He was a very influential and strong yet gentle man, loved by many. When he became sick he was still a positive example of strength while fighting his health challenges. During one of his last surgeries, Grammy prayed, "Lord, I can take hearing a code blue during surgery if you will take him and show him who you are and who he is in you." Grandpa went toward the light during that surgery; and as he did, he later told us, he could look down at the operating room and see his body lying on the table. He saw the doctors and nurses, not as people but as balls of light, yet he was aware that he instinctively knew which one was the doctor and which ones were the nurses. Shortly after, Grandpa BW passed away, Stars, a source of light, began to appear everywhere. Stars are the symbol of love Grandpa BW said he was going to be just before he passed away. This story illustrates the unique situations in which stars appeared to us at significant times in our lives, demonstrating that the light of love is eternal. This story will touch the hearts of both children and adults alike. May it help you to believe, bring you comfort and hope in a time of uncertainty, and give you faith in a love that is everlasting.

A Little Star Named Theodore
"Theodore is a beautiful and simple reminder for readers of all ages that when we wish to 'fit in' with the crowd, God is instead saying 'I made you to stand out from the crowd.' We may at times feel lonely and flawed with our unique gifts, but this is where God sees strength and purpose for His glory." Andrew Hyatt - Writer & Director of Paul, Apostle of Christ Theodore is a lot like all of us. This little star was uniquely gifted by God, but he doesn't see that gift as a blessing. Instead Theodore feels rejected and alone because he is "different". When Theodore recognized his difference is God's gift, he experienced God's purpose for his life. The same is true for each of us.

The Wolf In Sheep's Clothing
A sly, sneaky wolf and a herd of fluffy, defenseless sheep-what chance do these sheep have against this clever, vicious wolf? Well, none actually, but things are about to change. Someone has come to care for and even give his life to protect these sheep from the wolf-a good shepherd. But the wolf is not finished yet. He has a sneaky plan to get his sheep dinner. His plan will make him blend right in, so he thinks. Will it work, or will the wolf be sadly disappointed? This book, although fun and a bit silly, depicts the love Jesus Christ has for us. The Bible tells of how Jesus is the Good Shepherd (John 10:11) and how all of us are like sheep who have gone astray. Satan, just like this wolf, is out to seek and destroy. We stand no chance against him. The ultimate goal is for this book to touch the lives of children and adults all around the world and for each reader to see that we need Jesus to be our Good Shepherd personally and to save us and guide our lives. May the Lord bless you and speak to your heart as you read this funny yet truthful story.

God's Gift to a Mother
According to the National Center for Mental Health Promotion & Youth Violence Prevention, many tragedies begin with a childhood traumatic event: Over 60% of adults report experiencing abuse or other difficult family circumstances during childhood. Over 30% of children in the United States witness or experience a traumatic event BEFORE turning 4. It is even said that one treatment for ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) in children is talk therapy. Well, how befitting! "The Disregarded Voice of a Child" encourages talk therapy. It is a 6-book series that promotes open dialogue among elementary-aged children and their mothers. The book topics were derived from discussions held with children who have either experienced some form of physical/emotional abuse or the communication and emotion between the child and parent was misunderstood. These books (also referred to as The Mommy Series") are written in the voice and from the perspective of the child, while speaking to the mother. Every book concludes with an adult summary and a biblical scripture supporting the book's subject. Additionally, every cover and every page, of all 6 books contain an illustration of a blue teddy bear. The purpose of the bear is to provide comfort for that child who feels alone, lonely or would just like a nighttime companion (an actual blue teddy bear also accompanies the series). "The Mommy Series" is set to target childcare centers, Christian elementary schools, foster home/adoption agencies, children hospitals, libraries, parents/guardians, and concerned adults

Growing Wings
Losing a pet or loved one is traumatic and overwhelming. During a loss, children need a safe place to express how they feel and process emotions. Growing Wings offers the experience of a child's journey in the excitement of making a new friend, and the pain when this loved one leaves for any reason. Kim Crawford helps to normalize emotions and offer meaning to relationships as she concludes, "Now I know that life is full of change and new beginnings. Just because someone leaves does not mean there is an ending. People and pets leave love forever in our hearts, whether they are near or we are apart. Life is full of people, places, and new things. Life is all about growing our very own wings." The little girl in Growing Wings is illustrated in the likeness of Kim's granddaughter, Lily Mae, who is growing beautiful wings. Kim Crawford is native to Birmingham, AL. She is a Board Certified Chaplain, instructor of Laughter Yoga, creative writer, and inspirational speaker. Meet Hanina, the daughter of a Jewish tailor who cures a sultan's only child by taming a lioness to get her milk. And Nahum Bilbas, the brave rabbi-in-training who dares to confront the great warrior El Cid in order to secure peace for the Jews of Valencia. These and countless other colorful characters will entertain and intrigue you in this delightful collection that contains lessons, truths, surprises, and happy endings. When the Jews fled the Iberian Peninsula in 1492 and scattered all over Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, they took with them the folktales that were an integral part of their heritage. As they settled into their new homelands, they borrowed many of the literary devices and motifs from their adopted countries, adding varied flavor to the traditional Jewish stories. For ages eight and up, The Power of Song includes a glossary of foreign words, and each story is accompanied by a short commentary on its origin and meaning. The author's introduction gives special attention to the history of Jewish folktales and specifically those of the Sephardic Jews.
Lizzie and Lenny
"Old English Sheepdogs are teenagers all their lives!" I was told this a little over 30 years ago when I brought my first "sheepie" into our home. By watching their funny comical ways, our most recent household members-who are actually named Lizzie and Lenny - made writing this book so very easy. This series demonstrates how simple but cute this breed can be. Since these doggies are children at heart, these books are written to give back the lessons and love our little ones can learn from this breed!
The Little Vessel
The Artist has just created a new little vessel, and she has many questions about her purpose. Some of the others in the Artist's studio make fun of her for being different, but her encouraging friend the teacup reassures her of the Artist's loving plans for her. The little vessel begins to doubt these plans, however, when she must endure a very uncomfortable situation. Discover how the Artist brings her through the pain and uses the little vessel to achieve her purpose. The Little Vessel is a modern-day parable, perfect for reading to children. However, following the story are several questions designed to help the more mature reader (tweens, teens, and adults) delve deeper into God's word. Drawing parallels with the little vessel's experiences, the questions encourage consideration of how God is working in the reader's life to accomplish His will.
