The Adnominal Genitive in the Pauline Corpus
Usage of the adnominal genitive (one or more genitive substantives in relationship to a head noun) is one of most ambiguous aspects of the Greek language of the New Testament, and thus the source of contentious debate among exegetes. This study finds a way forward in the understanding of the genitive case by examining concatenations of single and multiple genitives, testing methods on the Pauline corpus as a representative sample of adnominal genitive usage in the whole New Testament. The results are offered with a set of rules that are vital in assisting the interpreter in clarifying these often difficult expressions. This book offers fresh insight especially where genitives appear in concatenation, and examines the syntactical configurations of genitive constructions with a view to untangling their semantics.

Formulaic Language and New Data
The existence of formulaic patterns has been attested to all languages of the world. However, systematic research in this field has been focused on only a few European standard languages with a rich literary tradition and a high degree of written norm. It was on the basis of these data that the theoretical framework and methodological approaches were developed. The volume shifts this focus by centering the investigation on new data, including data from lesser-used languages and dialects, extra-european languages, linguistic varieties mostly used in spoken domains as well as at previous historical stages of language development. Their inclusion challenges the existing postulates at both a theoretical and methodological level.Areas of interest include the following questions: What is formulaic in these types of languages, varieties and dialects? Are the criteria developed within the framework of phraseological research applicable to new data? Can any specific types of formulaic patterns and/or any specific features of regular (already known) types of formulaic patterns be observed and how do they emerge? What methodological difficulties need to be overcome when dealing with new data?
A Primer of Pastoral Spanish
A Primer of Pastoral Spanish is designed to provide clergy, religious and laity alike with the tools to be pastoral among Spanish-speaking people. This primer is modeled after Madrigal's Magic Key to Spanish (1953), whose author, Margarita Madrigal, bases her methodology on creating with the language instead of memorizing it. Previous knowledge of Spanish is not necessary, although, as you will discover, you already know thousands of words in Spanish. The vocabulary you know in English is the foundation on which you can build your knowledge of Spanish vocabulary. There are thousands of English words that become Spanish words if you can recognize the slight change that takes place from one language to the other. For example, you will learn how to conjugate a verb in Spanish to the first-person singular of the past tense by dropping a letter from its translation in English and adding an accent. There are 40 units in this primer. If you were to study each unit 30 minutes a day throughout Lent, for example, think about how far you could progress. Each unit consists of four sections: Vocabulary, Prayer or Culture, Cornerstones, and Vocabulary Review. There are four Check Your Progress units. These present more Challenges based on the grammar, vocabulary, and culture you learned in the previous units. The answers to the Challenges are at the end of these units.
Volume XX Revelation
One thing all biblical translations have in common is the search for the meaning of life within scripture. It is through these translations that we get a better understanding of what the Biblical authors were trying to convey. The New Testament is a contract that posits an answer. The Book of Revelation provides us with the positive and negative duties and rights of the contract. Volume XX Revelation: A Detailed Biblical Greek Translation with a Free Will Baptist's Church Sunday School Analysis by David N. Barnes is a summary of classes and discussions with others, including church members under Pastor Stump Cale. While serving as an adjunct professor of philosophy at Rowan University in Deptford, NJ, Barnes taught Philosophy of Religion, the Greek Way, Metaphysics, and Logic. Whether you are a new believer or a longtime student or a teacher of God's intrinsic truth, this book will further your biblical scholarship. Every single word in the New Testament is translated in this text, and the reader is provided with the part of speech and the mood of each verse. The final book of this series comes alive through the eyes of parishioners and clergy, along with theists, atheists, and agnostics. Through this book, you will not only become closer to God but gain a better understanding of the human condition. The rational mind, along with the irrational mind, is considered. Mankind's rationality is a miracle, and it's time to put that miracle to use. David Nicholas Barnes was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1992. He attended SUNY in Fredonia, NY and University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pa where he graduated summa cum laude. Then Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa. He studied law at Widener University in Wilmington, De while serving as an adjunct professor of philosophy at Rowan University in Deptford, NJ, He taught Philosophy of Religion, The Greek Way, Metaphysics, and logic. Currently he is disabled and teaches Sunday School at Freewill Baptist Church in Macclesfield NC. This book is a summary of the classes and discussions with other church members under Pastor Stump Cale.

Partitive Determiners, Partitive Pronouns and Partitive Case
Although the interest in the concept of partitivity has continuously increased in the last decades and has given rise to considerable advances in research, the fine-grained morpho-syntactic and semantic variation displayed by partitive elements across European languages is far from being well-described, let alone well-understood. There are two main obstacles to this: on the one hand, theoretical linguistics and typological linguistics are fragmented in different methodological approaches that hinder the full sharing of cross-theoretic advances; on the other hand, partitive elements have been analyzed in restricted linguistic environments, which would benefit from a broader perspective. The aim of the PARTE project, from which this volume stems, is precisely to bring together linguists of different theoretical approaches using different methodologies to address this notion in its many facets. This volume focuses on Partitive Determiners, Partitive Pronouns and Partitive Case in European languages, their emergence and spread in diachrony, their acquisition by L2 speakers, and their syntax and interpretation. The volume is the first to provide such an encompassing insight into the notion of partitivity.
