You will also find the forms and the instructions on how to easily keep the appropriate records for tax time, and to assure that you are indeed making a profit. The Author, Mr. Eula C Dozier graduated High School in Dothan Alabama and started his career in the US Air Force where he was an Administrative specialist and a Data Machine Operator/Supervisor and obtained the rank of Sargent. He graduated college where he majored in Business Management and maintained a 3.5 GPA. After military service he moved to upstate New York where he became an Insurance Adjuster, and because of an offer for a higher salary, a new company car and expense account he went to work for GMAC. Mr. Dozier worked in finance and was trained as a collector at GMAC, and he became very proficient at the trade. It seems that every step he took was another round on the latter to prepare him to be successful in Real Estate, so after reading, listening to tapes, and attending many Real Estate courses, it took seven years for him to match his salary and retire before his fortieth birthday. Mr. Dozier has been sought after and has helped many people in Real Estate. This book was conceived because his mother overheard him explaining something about real estate and said to him "you ought to write that down".
