Notes from The Mistress is part two of Sydney's journey to find love. Like

Sydney's Bleu, it is also inspired by true events.

Sydney Ann Marie has had her share of challenges. Growing up, dating and

finding her way in the business world have all presented Sydney with many

opportunities to experience the joys and pains of becoming a woman. Sydney's

free spirit takes her back to France and many other distant lands as she desires

to study culture, history and a foreign language. Sydney's life takes a turn

when her longtime friend, Christophe, asks for her hand in marriage. With the

youthful ways of thinking behind her, Sydney is now faced with yet another

serious decision about her future. She bares the full weight of the decision and

does not take it lightly. Her only desire is for a loving God-centered

commitment. The relationship between Sydney and Christophe evolves with

twists, turns and travel but there's one unexpected force presenting a

problem, "The Mistress". Late nights, packed bags, and hard conversations

begin to take a toll on Sydney's heart as she contemplates her priority with

Christophe. Their love, values and integrity are tested as they confront this

weight between them.

Notes from the Mistress gives a voice to the often unspoken intruder within

relationships. It addresses the push and pull for a sense of self while nurturing

oneness as a couple. Sydney and Christophe show us how it is done; how

balance is found, how peace is restored and how to love.
