What encouraged me to write this book was the growing concern I have regarding the economic plight of my inner-city brothers and sisters, as well as the geographic and social conditions they have been accepting for far too long! Although this book is not exhaustive, its contents are meant to be informative, comprehensive, and ultimately galvanizing, (stimulating) to the reader. The kind of stimulation that produces action!
As it relates to the inner-city areas of society, historically there has been a lack of real estate investment interest on the part of those that reside within the community, and those who live outside of the community. But now there seems to be an overwhelming interest and growing trend by outsiders now investing in the inner cities! Have you ever asked why? I will tell you why. It is because they have access to information that makes properties in the inner city's goldmines, in spite of appearing rundown, boarded up and in some cases vacant.
If you're black, white, Latino, or other and you reside in the inner city anywhere in America, then this book is exclusively for you. This isn't a get rich quick book either. As the title states it's a Grind, and Your attitude about this particular grind will determine Your financial altitude as a partaker of this grind! This grind can be recession proof when executed properly. (i.e., you will be fine even when the overall economy is doing bad). In this book, I will present ways you can explore, to tap into this Goldmine Reservoir that is right at your fingertips.
