Dan talks Beth into taking golf lessons in Palm Springs with him while she's between jobs. When he drops out of the lessons, Beth is left to spend hours alone with her handsome golf instructor, Jake, who steals her heart. Dan fights back with an engagement ring, and Beth gets her dream job back in Seattle. But are a ring, a job and 1,200 miles enough to keep Jake and Beth apart?
