There are many stories about superheroes or beings with powers. In this day and age, they are a dime a dozen, but few have a history that reaches back to the days of the Roman Empire. Society, culture, and history are molded by Meta-humans, human beings with supernatural powers. Countries that became extinct and disappeared exist today, while others never formed. In modern times you have three types of heroes. The first is those sponsored by corporations acting like movie and comic book heroes. The second are police and army sponsored by the government. The third are renegades, who are vigilantes that refuse to be controlled. Villains are also more nuanced, who see crimes as a business, those who want power, and those who want the world to burn.Join Samson, the younger brother of Omari, in his journey from being a rookie hero against rival companies, arrogant senior heroes, biased media, backstabbing politicians, as well villains who see him as a threat in a world where everyone wants to be the best at something. Even heroes are affected by this mentally-especially those who choose to go professional. When worldwide fame, glory, and wealth are at your fingertips, thousands of others also want it and will take you down to get it. Despite all the obstacles, Samson has proven that he can take anything thrown at him. But how long before he runs into an obstacle he cannot surpass?
