This journal is broken up into 3 Parts: Inner Attunement; Other Tools, Tips and Resources; Your Journal. *You will begin the process of getting really clear on what you want to manifest, why you must manifest this, ensure you know you can manifest your desire, and then understand what you need to "do" in order to take aligned action and bring your desire into fruition. There are actual exercises and journaling exercises to do so you can get really tuned in and clear. *In the next part of the journal you learn about other tools and tips for manifesting that you can use along your adventure. There are actually 10 additional tips for you to try out before you actually start your Manifestation Journal. *Finally, are your journal pages. There are pages for 45 days of journaling! Each page has prompts for "what I want to manifest and why it's important to me", "gratitude", "affirmations", "scripting", "take a moment of silence", "intentional actions" PLUS a full blank page for whatever you want! That's a total of 90 pages for journaling!
