Again (speaking from the perspective of a private tutor) I think this is particularly useful as a resource to test a student's understanding (perhaps bringing these words into a game of hangman or other gap fill exercises). The grammar bits were quite memorable, I like your no-nonsense approach and voice that you have here. It's just useful stuff delivered without unnecessary padding but still accessible!
