In this world, you will encounter the songs of streams, the paintings of autumn, dreams under the morning light, and the ethereal clouds and moon boats in the night sky. 9歲半，生於唐山，定居重慶，現就讀於重慶大學城樹人小學校。自幼熱愛詩歌創作，擅長表達童真童趣的思想和情感。她的詩靈動、活潑，充滿了對自然和生活的獨特想像和觀察。現軟筆書法5級、播音主持5級，曾榮獲「希望頌——全國青少年書畫藝術大展」軟筆組書法類全國三等獎、曹燦杯青少年朗誦比賽重慶地區「朗誦金星」、重慶大學城樹人小學「社區文明小使者」、重慶大學城樹人小學「優秀科技論文獎」、首屆英語節Works Show「優秀作品獎」等。
Author
Wenjun Niu, aged nine and a half, was born in Tangshan and now resides in Chongqing. She is currently a student at Shuren Primary School in Chongqing University Town. From a young age, Wenjun has shown a deep passion for poetry, excelling in expressing the innocence and charm of childhood thoughts and emotions. Her poetry is vibrant and lively, filled with unique imaginations and observations of nature and life. Wenjun holds a Level 5 proficiency in soft brush calligraphy and a Level 5 in broadcasting and hosting. She has achieved several accolades, including the third prize in the soft brush category at the “Hope Song - National Youth Calligraphy and Painting Art Exhibition”, the “Recitation Gold Star” in the Chongqing area of the Cao Can Cup Youth Recitation Contest, the “Community Civil Messenger” at Shuren Primary School in Chongqing University Town, the “Excellent Scientific Paper Award” at the same school, and the “Outstanding Work Award” at the First English Festival Works Show.

董夢杭
博士、副教授、碩士生導師。商學博士、國際新聞碩士、廣播電視新聞與英語雙學士。近幾年主持或參與國家、省部級以上科研專案10餘項，在IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management、《管理學報》、《中山管理評論》等SSCI/TSSCI/CSSCI等國內外核心期刊發表論文15篇，出版專著3部、主編教材4部。2020-2023年兩度獲全國百篇優秀管理案例、2020-2023年三次獲清華大學「卓越開發者案例大獎賽」全國三等獎、2019─2023四次榮獲教學優秀獎全校一等獎。此外，還曾榮獲IEEE TEMS 2020 Best Paper Award Winner、《管理學報》年度最具實用價值獎、2022年青年教師講課比賽全校第一名、重慶市首屆教師創新大賽校一等獎等。
Translator
Dr. Menghang Dong, an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor, holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a research focus on Strategic and Innovation Management, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She also has a Master's degree in International Journalism, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Broadcasting and Television News and English. Over the past few years, Dr. Dong has led or participated in more than 10 research projects at the national and provincial level. She has published 15 papers in internationally recognized journals, including IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Journal of Management and Business Research, and Sun Yat-sen Management Review. Moreover, Dr. Dong has authored three monographs and edited four textbooks. Between 2020 and 2023, she received the National Top 100 Excellent Management Case Awards twice, and thrice won the Third Prize in Tsinghua University's "Excellence Developer Case Competition." Additionally, from 2019 to 2023, she was a four-time recipient of the First Prize for Excellence in Teaching at her institution. Her accolades also include the IEEE TEMS 2020 Best Paper Award, the Most Practical Value Award from the Management Journal, first place in the 2022 Young Teachers' Lecture Competition at her university, and the First Prize in the inaugural Chongqing Teachers' Innovation Competition.
