Daher ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass zu den gr繹?ten Herausforderungen des Coachings die Organisation von Training, Periodisierung und Tapering z瓣hlt, damit die Leistungsf瓣higkeit j瓣hrlich steigt und das Peaking zum richtigen Zeitpunkt erfolgt. Die Frage, die sich dabei stellt, ist, wie Training geplant werden muss, um zum Saisonh繹hepunkt die individuell maximale Leistung abrufen zu k繹nnen. Der Schl羹ssel liegt in der Systematisierung des Trainings - n瓣mlich der Periodisierung. So unterschiedlich die Athleten sind, so verschieden sind auch deren Trainingsleits瓣tze und Vorbereitungsma?nahmen. Dabei haben sich in den vergangenen Jahren neue Denkans瓣tze entwickelt, die sich von den urspr羹nglichen Leitgedanken unterscheiden. Ziel dieser Hausarbeit ist es, herauszufinden, welchen Stellenwert den alternativen Strategien der Saisonplanung beigemessen werden kann und inwiefern sich ein derartiger Trainingsansatz zur Erlangung k繹rperlicher Verbesserungen eignet. Das umgekehrte Periodisierungsmodell als alternatives Prinzip wird in dieser Arbeit exemplarisch herausgegriffen. Ausdauerorientierte Trainingsplanung zur Vorbereitung auf einen Triathlon

Nachdem die Probandin sich auf einen Triathlon vorbereiten m繹chte, m繹chte sie dementsprechend ihre Ausdauerleistung im Rad fahren und Laufen verbessern, sowie ihren K繹rperfettanteil senken um weniger Zusatzgewicht zu tragen. Ihr Ziel ist es innerhalb von sechs Monaten, bis zum Start des Triathlons, 5 Kilometer in maximal 30 Minuten zu laufen, 5 Kilometer Fahrrad in maximal 15 Minuten zu fahren und ihren K繹rperfettanteil um 2% zu senken. Das Ziel 5 Kilometer in maximal 30 Minuten zu laufen ist realistisch in 6 Monaten zu erreichen, da sie schon trainiert ist und keine Anf瓣ngerin im Ausdauertraining. Auch 5 Kilometer Radfahren in maximal 15 Minuten ist in sechs Monaten zu schaffen, sie f瓣hrt seit mehreren Jahren t瓣glich 60 Minuten Fahrrad und hat dementsprechend schon eine gute Ausdauer. 2% K繹rperfett sind in 6 Monaten ebenfalls realistisch, vor allem da sie nun, um sich auf den Triathlon vorzubereiten, ein h繹heres Trainingspensum hat wodurch sie mehr Kalorien verbrennt. Somit wird sie sich in ihren Ausdauerleistungen verbessern und gleichzeitig ihr Ziel der K繹rperfettreduktion erreichen. Eine Verbesserung der Leistungen im Schwimmen ist nicht vonn繹ten, da sie schon seit vielen Jahren viermal pro Woche das Schwimmtraining besucht und auch regelm瓣?ig an Wettk瓣mpfen teilnimmt.

Der gesundheitliche Zustand des Low-Back-Syndroms der Frauen sollte auf einer Schmerzskala von 1-10 (subjektives Empfinden) auf mindestens 5 sein, um die angestrebte Schmerzreduktion messbar zu machen. F羹r einen Erwachsenen wird empfohlen, sich 2,5 Stunden pro Woche zu bewegen. Die Bewegung sollte in Form von Alltagsaktivit瓣t oder Sport in mittlerer Intensit瓣t erfolgen. Die Alternativempfehlung ist, Bewegung beziehungsweise Sport mit hoher Intensit瓣t mit einem Zeitausma? von 1,25 Stunden die Woche zu absolvieren. Zun瓣chst wird eine Begriffserkl瓣rung der Ausdauer als thematischer Einstieg in die Arbeit vorgenommen. Weiterf羹hrend werden der historische Hintergrund sowie die Anf瓣nge der physiologischen Grundlagen von ersten sportlichen Aufzeichnungen nach Hill thematisiert. Den Schwerpunkt der Hausarbeit bilden die physiologischen Determinanten der Ausdauerleistungsf瓣higkeit. Diese sind im Wesentlichen die drei Faktoren: maximale Sauerstoffaufnahme, die Laktatschwelle sowie die Lauf繹konomie. 2018 war das Jahr der Rekorde. Denn in den K繹nigsdisziplinen der Ausdauersportarten, dem Marathon und Triathlon, wurden neue Weltrekorde erzielt. Der Kenianer Eliud Kipchoge n瓣herte sich beim Berlin Marathon 2018 mit 2:01:39 Stunden der magischen zwei Stunden-Marke. Auf Hawaii stand ihm der Triathlon-Champion Patrick Lagen in nichts nach. Mit einer Zeit von 7:52:39 Stunden, die er f羹r die Ironman-Distanz, bestehend aus 3,86 Kilometer schwimmen, 180,2 Kilometer Rad fahren und 42,195 km Laufen ben繹tigte, durchbricht er eine ewig bestehende Schallmauer und bleibt als erster Athlet erstmals unter der magischen acht Stunden-Marke. Diese unvorstellbaren menschlichen Leistungen, die die Athleten vollbracht haben, werfen die Frage auf, zu welchen Leistungen der Mensch physiologisch in der Lage ist. Das Streben nach immer besseren Leistungen macht auch vor dem Sport nicht Halt. Doch ist es aus wissenschaftlicher und physiologischer Sicht 羹berhaupt m繹glich, einen Marathon beispielsweise unter zwei Stunden zu laufen und ist dieses Ziel einfach durch ein "Mehr" und "Wie" an Training m繹glich?

Contraction
In the five-year period from 1995 through 1999, revenues in baseball as a whole had doubled. But the revenue growth was disproportionately higher among large market teams and teams that had recently opened new ballparks. In baseball's salary cap-less economic structure, massive gaps in player payroll between high revenue and low revenue clubs resulted in competitive balance issues. Major League Baseball Commissioner Bud Selig and the team owners decided after the 2001 season that the best way to combat this issue was to eliminate it's two lowest revenue clubs, the Montreal Expos and the Minnesota Twins. This strategy wouldn't go as smoothly as baseball had anticipated. Poor planning from the outset coupled with a lawsuit in Minnesota and a three-owner franchise swap between the Expos, Florida Marlins, and Boston Red Sox orchestrated by Commissioner Selig doomed contraction. This is a story of greed and failure in one of North America's major sports leagues.

Cycling the Hebridean Way
Updated in September 2020 to include B&W photos. Six days cycling across the Outer Hebrides, my first solo cycle tour and first cycle tour in the UK. Wonderful scenery, warm and welcoming people, plenty of cake, superb views, one hill, ferries, wildlife and beaches to die for. I scribbled some notes and have now got around to getting them into some sort of logical order. Go and do this, you don't have to be a hardened 100 mile a day cyclist, my biggest day was only 35 miles, be prepared for all weathers and I defy you not to have the best time.
