Hierbei wird ein Beweglichkeits- und Koordinationstraining f羹r eine beliebige Person erstellt. Der Proband wird als voll trainier- und belastbar bewertet. Seine Trainingsmotive k繹nnen unter Anleitung eines Trainers, innerhalb des zeitlichen Verf羹gungsrahmens von 120 bis 180 Minuten, verfolgt werden. Da der Proband w瓣hrend der Aus羹bung seiner beruflichen T瓣tigkeit nahezu ausschlie?lich sitzt, l瓣sst sich im Vorfeld vermuten, dass Muskeln, deren Ansatz und Ursprung sich in der sitzenden Position ann瓣hern, eine hohe Spannung aufweisen werden. Dies wird im weiteren Verlauf durch den Beweglichkeitstest 羹berpr羹ft. Ein erneutes Auftreten einer Epicondylitis, an der der Proband in der Vergangenheit litt, kann durch seine aktuelle und fr羹here sportliche Aktivit瓣t (Tennis) provoziert werden. Durch ein gezieltes Beweglichkeitstraining soll einem erneuten Auftreten vorgebeugt werden, zus瓣tzlich sollte er dazu ein geeignetes Muskelaufbautraining absolvieren.

Elyssa Ford suggests that we look beyond these cowboy clich矇s to complicate and enrich our picture of the American West. Rodeo as Refuge, Rodeo as Rebellion takes us from the beachfront rodeo arenas in Hawai'i to the reservation rodeos held by Native Americans to reveal how people largely missing from that stereotypical picture make rodeo--and America--their own. Because rodeo has such a hold on our historical and cultural imagination, it becomes an ideal arena for establishing historical and cultural relevance. By claiming a place in that arena, groups rarely included in our understanding of the West--African Americans, Native Americans, Mexican Americans, Native Hawaiians, and the LGBT+ community--emphasize their involvement in the American past and proclaim their right to an American identity today. In doing so, these groups change what Americans know about their history and themselves. In her journey through these race- and group-specific rodeos, Ford finds that some see rodeo as a form of escape, a refuge from a hostile outside world. For others, rodeo has become a site of rebellion, a place to proclaim their difference and to connect to a different story of America. The activity of supporter groups has regularly failed to meet the principles set by official bodies, intentionally breaching the moral and legal standards of the day. Based on data derived from ethnographic fieldwork, content analysis of fan journals, magazines, social media and online forums, as well as a wide range of qualitative interviews conducted over the years, the book analyses the ways in which fandom culture in Poland has evolved: from its moderate beginnings in the shadows of a communist regime in the 1970's, through the anomic, 'uncivilized' and pathological decade of the 1990's, to the peculiar culture based on strong cohesion, capabilities of social mobilization and emerging 'resistance identity' in the 21st century. It thus provides a detailed analysis of Polish fandom's multi-dimensional structure, and will be of interest to students and academics interested in the growing field of football research, as well as those researching the transformation of Central and Eastern Europe, or more generally in European Studies.

Zun瓣chst wird die Diagnose aufgestellt. Hierbei wird auf die allgemeinen und die biometrischen Daten der Probandin eingegangen, sowie ein Krafttest durchgef羹hrt. Anschlie?end folgen die Prognose und Zielsetzung. In Kapitel 3 wird ein Trainingsplan Makrozyklus vorgestellt. Hierf羹r wird zun瓣chst die 羹bergeordnete Trainingsmethode dargestellt. Anschlie?end wir ein Trainingsplan entwickelt. Des Weiteren wird auf die Belastungsparameter, Organisationsformen und Periodisierung eingegangen. In Kapitel 4 wird dann ein Trainingsplan Mesozyklus erstellt. Hierbei wird zun瓣chst das 羹bergeordnete Konzept der ?bungsauswahl erl瓣utert und schlie?lich ausgew瓣hlte ?bungen konkret betrachtet. Kapitel 5 behandelt die Thematik Krafttraining bei Diabetes Mellitus Typ 2. Zu Beginn werden anthropometrische Daten erhoben und eine Anamnese durchgef羹hrt. Die genaue K繹rperzusammensetzung wird mittels der Bioelektrischen Impedanzanalyse gemessen und der Blutdruck nach der auskultatorischen Messung nach Riva-Rocci ermittelt. Aktuell nimmt die Probandin einmal pro Woche an einem einst羹ndigen Ausdauerkurs teil und f瓣hrt circa zweimal pro Woche f羹r insgesamt ungef瓣hr zwei Stunden Fahrrad.
