There are problems with infrastructure, and in some areas, the basic facilities are also not there. Sometimes the classrooms are overpopulated, and sometimes there are places where no teacher is available to teach the students. There are instances where the basic infrastructure is not complete and there are no proper classrooms for teaching and learning. All these factors are causing a lot of problems for learners to compete in the modern world. English enjoys the status of official language in the country but, surprisingly, learning English is a troublesome area.
