福建詩人林仕榮的詩集《時間的痕跡》，或可做為瞭解大陸現代詩歌寫作狀況的途徑之一。該詩集精選了作者2013年至2015年間創作的170首短詩，共分5輯。每輯的寫作風格各具特色，這是在詩集出版中少有的現象，由此也說明了作者寫作的多面性與技巧的成熟性。 & 詩人林仕榮在自序中說：「這些都是我個人的認知記錄，所有的過程，都是時間的痕跡。」詩集中會有一部分的詩歌存在閱讀障礙，對此，林仕榮說：「就是要讓閱讀的速度慢下來。」不要急著去活，也不要急著去死，生命的過程就是時間的痕跡，詩人邀請讀者自己品嚐。
