Implementation of fast CORDIC algorithm for Embedded applications
CORDIC is a class of shift and add algorithms for rotating vectors in a plane, used for the calculation of trigonometric functions, multiplication, division and conversion between binary and mixed radix number systems of DSP applications, such as Fourier Transform. There are different types of modified CORDIC algorithms are developed to minimize the iteration, to decrease execution time and area, and increases efficiency . The power speed and area are the important parameters On VLSI implementation level, the area also important as more area means more system cost. Since elementary functions calculation dominates the execution time of most DSP algorithms, so there is need for high speed CORDIC algorithm. Main drawback of CORDIC algorithm is that to converge to N bit of accuracy, N iterations are required. Therefore the execution speed is less as the iterations are more efficiency also decrease.

Shock-Dominated Flow
Shock-dominated flow is frequently encountered in high-speed aircraft and engines, and its flow characteristics directly determine the aerodynamic performance of the aircraft and engines. Due to the strong discontinuity and pressurization properties of shock waves, the shock-dominant flow exhibits strong non-linearity, strong inviscid-viscous interaction, and significant historical effects, making it difficult to predict the related flow structures and behaviors. With the development of aircraft towards higher speeds, better performance, and more intelligent control, shock-dominated flow is a key scientific issue, involving complex high-speed aerodynamics, flow stability, fluid-thermal structure-acoustic multi-fields interaction, flow control, and artificial intelligence. The Carrier Bag Theory of Fiction
In The Carrier Bag Theory of Fiction, visionary author Ursula K. Le Guin retells the story of human origin by redefining technology as a cultural carrier bag rather than a weapon of domination. Hacking the linear, progressive mode of the Techno-Heroic, the Carrier Bag Theory of human evolution proposes: 'before the tool that forces energy outward, we made the tool that brings energy home.' Prior to the preeminence of sticks, swords and the Hero's long, hard, killing tools, our ancestors' greatest invention was the container: the basket of wild oats, the medicine bundle, the net made of your own hair, the home, the shrine, the place that contains whatever is sacred. The recipient, the holder, the story. The bag of stars. This influential essay opens a portal to terra ignota: unknown lands where the possibilities of human experience and knowledge can be discovered anew. With a new introduction by Donna Haraway, the eminent cyberfeminist, author of the revolutionary A Cyborg Manifesto and most recently, Staying with the Trouble and Manifestly Haraway. With images by Lee Bul, a leading South Korean feminist artist who had a retrospective at London's Hayward Gallery in 2018.
